| IPPA Certified Physique Specialist Workshop & Exam at the Arnold Sports Festival
Whether you are looking to step on stage and compete or you just want to be lean and tone in a bathing suit, at the end of the day, we are all training for the same reason – to look better! Improving your physique and achieving the right “look” doesn’t happen by accident; a combination of the correct nutritional strategies and exercise parameters are required to optimize the training response and achieve the look you’ve always wanted.
Our revolutionary certification takes a scientific approach while applying practical solutions to the concept of personal appearance. This is not just “a how to get in better in shape” training session, but a “how to guide” of which exercises you need and how to perform them to address specific weaknesses, bring out those tight lines, and shed that fat. We examine every exercise, look at foot and hand position, and discuss specific techniques that will zero in on helping you and your clients getting harder, firmer muscles and a leaner physique. And if the stage is your goal, this certification will help you figure out your weaknesses, maximize your workouts, and dial in that diet. No matter who you are, or what your fitness goals, you know the mirror is all powerful. It’s time to build that perfect physique and this certification will help you do it.
This two-day certification workshop is designed to present the applied science of physique enhancement covering the following topics:
·Nutritional Strategies for Fat Reduction & Muscle Growth
·The Role of Cardiovascular Exercise in Fat Reduction ·Training Anatomy for Perfect Exercise Development
·Exercise Selection & Technique Modification
·Sets, Reps, Rest, and Training Methods to Optimize Muscle Development
·Training Splits and Program Development
This certification is perfect for physique athletes looking for the competitive edge, personal trainers who are looking for a more scientific approach to getting their clients results, and the fitness enthusiast who wants to get a little more out of their workout.

It’s kind of crazy how close you can get to someone + family + friends in a week!!! Anyone who knows me well knows I’m about the sappiest girl on the planet. Which certainly explains why when I read Rose’s sweet note to me on facebook this morning before I left, I got tears in my eyes:)!! I had a wonderful time training her and am thrilled she’s going to be doing my 12-Week Challenge so I can continue to work with her!!! I’m back home to Dallas today but here are a couple pictures from a leg workout with her and her workout partner Jeri from yesterday!
